Introduction: In contemporary world, internet plays an important role in education of the general community. After Covid-19 pandemic, it was highlighted to the Brazilian community the impact of false information widespread all over the internet. Moreover, concussion is a clinical condition highly associated with sports and it has become a topic in public discussions nowadays. Objective: To evaluate the quality and legibility content related to concussion in Brazilian sites. Methods: Two independent raters evaluated sites using quality scores and legibility scores. After the initial evaluation, intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was assessed and the mean values of each score was used. Sites were divided into commercial, educational and professional. The quality and legibility between the groups was compared using the ANOVA test. Results: Initially, 77 sites were selected for evaluation, after application of exclusion criteria, 16 sites were analyzed. Educational sites correspond to 50% of sites (n=8), and commercial and educational 25% (n=4) each. ICC between raters was considered good, with a p-value < 0,05. There was no statistically significant difference between quality nor legibility between groups. In general, the quality of sites is suboptimal and the legibility was evaluated as higher than the mean of the general Brazilian population. Conclusion: This study highlights the poor quality and non-inclusive legibility of Brazilian sites, which makes them inappropriate for the general population.
